Carbon 4 Soil Quality, leads the way in sustainable soil management techniques to store carbon in the soil, combat the greenhouse effect and improve soil health. The focus of the CARBON 4 SOIL QUALITY project is to prepare a “Toolbox for carbon farming” which includes a catalog of soil organic reference values, methodologies for organic carbon analysis, guidelines for carbon farming techniques, business models, and recommendations on agricultural carbon credit schemes. This comprehensive toolbox aims to equip farmers, agricultural advisors, and policymakers with the necessary tools to implement carbon farming effectively across diverse Mediterranean pedo-climatic zones.
